Embassy Suites by Hilton Flagstaff

I have stayed in many Embassy hotels. This one was very unkept, dirty and beat! Holes and open seams in the carpet with a big dirty stain. Mold on the ceiling over shower, graffiti carvings inside elevator door, beat up walls, missing paint and baseboard. What a shame! Asked for 2 bath towels from housekeeping, they never showed up. Remote battery dead for tv near beds. Filthy entryway at back entrance. This hotel is neglected. Wasted my money at this place. Find another hotel

Not like any other Embassy Suites I've stayed in. Room was not great. Carpet had tears. Missing grout in tile. Toilet didnt flush well. Room needs attention. Asher, Donoven, Miriam, Bella, the entire staff was FANTASTIC. QR code isn't updated to give specific personnel tips. Breakfast was fine given the space. Managers reception had very few selections. Always out of something. Netflix would have helped my week long stay. Never utilized Room service. Not worth 44k points. No Buisness area. A printer that didn't work. This should not carry the Embassy/Hilton Brand. Would I stay again??? Yes, but only because of the staff

The description says, "...polished all suite hotel..." I disagree. The rooms are neglected, the furniture is old and worn with fraying threads and discoloration from years of use. There's significant rust on the bathroom fan in the room we had and a piece of a baseboard just fell off. The employees are stellar and really show up. I have the utmost respect for them. The location is fantastic regarding proximity to freeways. At the same time, we parked in a well lit area, and there was broken glass from a car that had been broken into. As it is a budget option and we were there during the Holidays, the breakfast buffet was overrun with families. A lot of mess left on tables and the carpet, kids running about in a space where there's just not a lot of room. I appreciated having a place to stay. The room had a feeling of despair. I don't think guests should have to accept neglected rooms as the standard in exchange for a reasonable price point. The holiday decorations were nice.
